Monks Media is a creative studio building brand worlds through experiential storytelling, digital and immersive experiences, partnership platforms and editorial campaigns.

6. Media, Event Photography and Portfolio Use
Monks Media may capture, receive or use photography, videography and related media from events, campaigns, activations, launches, private presentations and creative projects.
This media may be used for editorial, portfolio, reporting, promotional, social media, website, presentation, proposal, private access and archival purposes.
Where required, Monks Media relies on client, brand, event organiser, venue, photographer, participant, attendee or collaborator permissions for the capture and use of such media.

We will consider the request promptly and reasonably, taking into account the nature of the media, the context in which it is used, any contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements.
Monks Media does not intentionally publish sensitive personal information, private personal details or images of minors without appropriate permission.
